What does melatonin do?
Melatonin is a hormone that the body produces at nightfall and controls the sleep-wake rhythm quality in the body. Due to the high concentration of melatonin in the Montmorency cherry, it is a natural booster for nocturnal rest. But melatonin also has great antioxidant potential against hydroxyl radicals.
What else can our product do?
Even though the product focuses on melatonin, it also contains all the other substances of the Montmorency sour cherry, along with vitamins, minerals, secondary plant substances and trace elements, combined into a gigantic, unique health potential.

Consumption recommendations:

Nie mehr ohne
Ich bin so froh endlich etwas gefunden zu haben, welches meinen Schlaf vereinfacht. Ich habe durch meine Depression immer wieder Schwierigkeiten in Schlaf zu kommen. Mit Sweet Dreams hört das Kopfkino auf und mein Schlaf ist ruhiger. Morgens fühle ich mich nicht mehr so gerädert. Meine Lebensqualität hat sich damit erheblich verbessert.

Ein Traum…
…im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes! Dieses Produkt könnte „relax to the max“ heißen, denn man kann richtig toll abschalten und seine Gedanken zur Ruhe kommen lassen. Das führt zu einem super Erholungsschlaf und am nächsten Morgen ist man voll ausgeschlafen und fit! Klare Kaufempfehlung!

Guter Schlaf
Seit ich die sweet dreams nehme, schlafe ich anders. Hatte nie Schlafprobleme aber mit denen ist mein schlaf einfach besser, erholter und bin richtig ausgeschlafen in der früh.

Erholsamer Schlaf
Durch jahrelange Schichtarbeit war mein Rhythmus total durcheinander, mittags hatte ich immer ein riesengroßes Tief u habe immer nur 3-4 Stunden geschlafen. Tiefschlafphase… Fehlanzeige! SweetDreams hat mir geholfen wieder 7-8stunden erholt durchzuschlafen! Die Kombi mit HelloCanna10 hat mir zusätzlich geholfen meine Symptome der „Migräne mit Aura“ in den Griff zu bekommen. Die Montmorency Sauerkirsche kann einfach so viel!

Erholt schlafen
Seit fünf Wochen nehme ich Sweet Dreams ein und es ist für mich nicht mehr wegzudenken!! Mein Schlaf ist ruhiger, ich wache erholt auf. Ich komme schneller in den Schlaf ohne Gedankenkarussel. Mittags falle ich nicht mehr in die Mittags Müdigkeit. Sweet Dreams wird fest in meine Routine integriert.

Perfekter Schlaf
Mein Mann und ich nehme jetzt seit paar Monate Sweet Dreams. Mein Mann will nicht mehr ohne schlafen, er hat ein sehr tiefen und erholsamen Schlaf und am nächsten Tag ist er wieder top fit. Es hilft im auch sehr bei dem Schichtdienst. Ich hab gedacht, dass ich gut schlafe, aber mit Sweet Dreams, schlafe ich noch besser und ich fühle mich morgen richtig fit. Wir können es nur empfehlen. Einfach mal ausprobieren, es lohnt sich.
